Central Lift Maintenance Group was awarded the CSX Nashville lift and spotting equipment contract in June as part of a multi location bid where CLMG also retained contracts at the CSX Hulsey and CSX Fairburn terminals.
Long time CLMG employee Steve Fast transferred from New England to Nashville and was named the lead technician at this terminal. Prior to transferring to Nashville, Steve most recently worked as the lead technician for CLMG at the CSX Worcester, Massachusetts’s terminal. The CSX Hub Management at Nashville speak very highly of Steve, and say that CLMG has brought a welcomed sense of urgency and professionalism to the maintenance needs of the terminal.
With the addition of the Nashville Terminal, CLMG now has 19 operations located through the U.S. where they perform heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
Central Lift Maintenance Group was awarded the maintenance and repair contract for the lift and spotting equipment at the Norfolk Southern’s Morrisville terminal. Terminal operating company Pacific Rail Services awarded the contract in June and CLMG officially took over on July 1, 2011.
Dave Campbell was promoted for his hard work and dedication at an existing CLMG terminal to become our Lead Technician at Morrisville as of July 1st. He has been with CLMG for a little more than a year.
The addition of the NS Morrisville terminal brings the total number of CLMG operations to 20 throughout the United States and the 3rd terminal where they are partnered with PRS.
