Ike Taylor - Owner
Ike is the owner of Central Lift Maintenance Group (CLMG).Ike’s background is deeply rooted in transportation as the son of an intermodal entrepreneur with 17 years experience in the industry.
After co-founding The Infinity Group in 1999 with his dad, Ike bought and spun off CLMG in 2005 to operate as stand-alone businesses. His academic credentials include a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Jim Tesch - President
Jim is the president of CLMG overseeing operations and business development while assisting with penetrating new markets.
Jim has over 40 years of broad management experience beginning with a 13 year career with Alcoa prior to starting his own M&A firm where he has consulted with over 100 companies and served as the president of three.
Jim is a veteran of the U.S. Army; his academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.
Dale Bartley - Chief Operating Officer
Dale is responsible for CLMG operations which includes lift equipment and fleet maintenance.
He leverages 14 years of diverse experience in equipment maintenance, operations management, logistics and call center management.
Dale’s academic credentials include a BS in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from the University of Texas.
Derek Van Tichelt - Vice President - Business Development
Derek is responsible for the business development of CLMG.
He has over 16 years managerial experience and his background includes extensive experience in equipment maintenance, intermodal facility management, steel processing plant operations, and safety & environmental management.
Derek is a veteran of the U.S. Army; his academic credentials include a BS in Political Science from Purdue University and is currently pursuing his MBA from Indiana University.
